Decades of Technical and Market Experience

My background includes 37 years as a certified real estate appraiser, with 27 years specializing in commercial properties — ranging from apartments and industrial facilities to retail centers, self-storage, and land — and 10 years in residential appraisal.

For over 20 years, I have also supervised appraisers, refining my ability to teach, explain, and guide others in making sound valuation and investment decisions.
